SatelliteInternet.com is seeking to learn how the digital divide is impacting the small-town education of students who live in rural areas. We are launching this annual scholarship opportunity to help empower students from rural areas to achieve their dreams. Any currently enrolled student who has lived in a small town (population of 10,000 or less) for at least one year and has a college grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4-point scale.
