These scholarships are for graduating seniors at Torrington High School in Torrington, Connecticut. Selection for these scholarships is based on financial need, scholastic excellence, character, citizenship/service, acceptance at an institution of higher learning, and co-curricular and community involvement. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.
