This scholarship is for either the child or grandchild of the permanent staff of a Western Fairs Association (WFA) member Fair (minimum of five years). Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher and be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college, university, technical school, or community colleg in the fall.
