YWCA Harriet M. Heatherington Scholarship

Harriet M. Heatherington, a member of the YWCA of Maricopa County, established this scholarship fund Heatherington, to help deserving women attain their educational goals. In past years, dedicated friends of Harriet and volunteers of the YWCA awarded grants to women who were passionate about moving forward with their life and furthering their career. The Arizona Community Foundation is pleased to carry on the spirit of Ms. Heatherington and this tradition, and will continue to offer the scholarship, review applications and select the best qualified students to benefit from the scholarship.
