    Community colleges are the cheapest, and Clark college has a border exception policy for those on the other side of the river.

    Personally, I think you get more out of Clark than you're paying for, but I also did Running Start so most of my fees were already paid for. But it's a good school with caring professors that know what they're talking about, and there's a lot of free on-campus aids.
