Liberally and politically driven; great if you want discussions on how culture and diversity affects things. It's a small campus, so you'll probably run into friends and teachers often, and you'll have a closer relationship with your teachers. It's also in a small town, which has it's ups and downs.

Overall, it offers a good experience. At first, there is a lot to get used to since it is a small campus but the more you join and try to get to know people, the better the experience.

DePauw University is absolutely amazing. The academic world is insanely rigorous, and is an entire 100 steps up from high school academics. It's also a small community, and there is a ton of support offered to the students on campus.

DePauw is a small school, which means students tend to be involved and engaged. It is networking and career-focused, with easy access to professors. It is also explorative and interdisciplinary: one should prepare to study different subjects.

DePauw is a wonderful university filled with a diverse group of students, and faculty that care about students success. Professors as well as peers encourage each other to strive for the best, and nothing less. I would give DePauw a solid 9.5 out of 10.

Good academics and wonderful professors provide a rigorous learning experience. Extremely expensive with little to no difference between it and other schools with the exception that it is private. Social life is a complete Greek system, out-casting those not in a fraternity or sorority, depressing individuality and creating pettiness and a judgmental, hostile environment with dangerous drinking pressures.
