They put a lot into their academics. when I went there in April 2009, they were finishing one building ( i believe it was the science building) and starting a new theater.

I have not yet viewed the campus but it has a small campus which will allow professors to interact with students more personally. They have a good athletic programs and camps for all sports which got me interested. All in all it is a good college and cheap if you live in state.

Methodist University is a small college where you will learn from professors as they are not engrossed in research all the time. The small class sizes gives you a more personal relationship, thus allowing you to succeed as professors know you personally. Methodist University is in a military town with not too much to do, and a bubble effect because of its size and location.

Overall not a bad school. I don't like how on lock down the freshman and sophomores are, were adults now we should know how to make right and wrong decisions therefore let us make them, they don't. Housing is way too expensive and overall for me the school is too expensive for what I'm getting out of it. This wouldn't be a top pick for me now that I've been here for a year.

Very friendly atmosphere with a diverse population of students attending this college. Plenty of clubs and sports to join, along with activities each week. As a freshmen form out of state I felt right at home and I am 100% happy with my decision to attend Methodist.

The atmosphere as you enter Methodist University is very welcoming. Students have the opportunity to engage in many clubs to become leaders in their community after graduation. There are many offices to receive help, whether it is from writing a research paper to building a resume.
