Last week I was talking with the President of Miracosta, Mr. Rodriguez, he has a very interesting life story. Other then that he showed me that even though he was label in high school as mentally impaired, because of his lost of vision in one eye he still attended a community college, then transfer to a college, later he got his PH.D. Other then that, Miracosta has awesome teachers I believe that more then half of our teachers teach other universities at the same time or have PHD's and we as students are able to benefit from it and pay...

MiraCosta College really understands students who come from low income families and do anything in their best ability to make sure their students are learning and have future plans. Having a full time job as well as being a full time student is very rough but at MiraCosta, they offer a lot of class times with brilliant instructors. I would recommend anyone local who believes that college is not for they to stand up and try a couple of classes and see what MiraCosta has to offer.

I love this college, and the second semester of my freshman year is about to come up. The campus is small, the students are diverse, and the faculty all seem very nice and committed to each student. So far I haven't found any reasons NOT to like this school - you always get that one student that you don't like, but I found that they usually drop from your class before the semester ends.

Miracosta offers numerous opportunities for those seeking a less expensive, yet still rigorous education before transferring to a 4 year university. The campus is relatively small, but it is beautiful and clean. The staff are what make this community college one of the best around.

The campus is beautiful and smoking was banned in the past couple of years. The teachers are generally wonderful, though I recommend checking out their ratings online before enrollment in their courses. Overall, the school has been a wonderful experience for me, though a long one.

Mira Costa is a convient school, with nice class sizes and passionate teachers. I enjoy Mira Costa mainly for that reason because every teacher I have had is really passionate about what they do. They arent just there for the money, they love what they do, and want to pass it on to other people.

Some of the best Professors I've ever had have been from MiraCosta and the class sizes give them the opportunity to share their wealth of knowledge in a flexible and personalized way. I feel that the value of my education here more than qualifies the price. That being said, it is quite a popular school and finding the right class each semester can be difficult.
