  • Jun-02-2015 I am researching this school and have not visited the campus

I was told by the admission officers that my credentials including my personal statement and the like will be evaluated as a whole. The first admission officer told me that I am qualified to apply. While it is true that any students can apply in their graduate program that prodded me to do so. I spend money aside from the enrollment fee, I paid a person to process my OTR in the University where I graduated from so it will be sent to US as quickly as possible. With high hopes from the admission office occludes and halted my application from other Universities. At the outset of it, ACCORDINGLY, being a bad student for having a low GPA in my bachelors degree was actually the reason why I was turned down ( that was 22 years ago. There are more priests and nuns who are worst than me whom I personally know). I enclosed a letter of appeal and even willingly to challenge that I can graduate with a flying color, but I think I went to a wrong school that may be judgmental which coalesce only within the parameter of GPA. It was not considered that my maturity of going to the university at 16 years old that was engulfed with immaturity, irresponsible etc were not seen in the picture of evaluation. I bet, their response if they read this will be, it was actually considered. So, to others who are intending to apply in this school, no matter what effort you will do - this is a school that is unchristian way: not very understanding, they won't give you chances and others. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT AND MONEY! It is about GPA. Do not be mis-guided with the admission's sweet tongue. Let's face it, they will be sweet to you since you paid an enrollment fee. Coming from a catholic background since primary school to bachelor's degree- my faith is being tested. Everything what I learned within the facet of a christian living is slowly realized that christian echelons are actually a paradox to the teachings imparted to me. Indeed, those are just merely for studies because in rel life- this is what I got! WHAT A WASTE OIF TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT!

Study for your SAT's! The university gives you a scholarship at a higher monetary value when your scores are better. Take a friendly campus tour so that you may get the homey feel of the campus. Preferably during school hours so that you may see how lively and friendly it is here!

Keep communicating with your professors, they will always be there to help out, not only with academic studies, but they will recommend programs and internships if they see you are hard working. Study, Study, Study! Keep a planner and color coordinate all of your classes and study time.... Remember to leave time for yourself though.
