Rider is very expensive although they offer a lot of scholarships which help with the price. They have the Rider Advantage as well as Endowed scholarships in addition to their Dean, and Presidential Scholarships. I have the Dean's Scholarship which provides me with $16,000 per year. The cost of tuition is $40,000 per year so that $16,000 helps out a lot. For the price you would think the food would be better and that the dorms would be nicer.

Rider is pretty expensive, but it really is a good school. It is very home-y, and I want to be very urgent in saying that they are very generous with their financial aid and make it very affordable to go here! I am an average student, A's and B's, and after deducting the scholarships and grants I was given by the school, I am owing less than I would owe by going to my local community college. And that's without loans!!

Sometimes at events or at the bookstore, you can get a lil packet full of coupons and discounts at local diners and restaurants. Overall, I think the tuition is too expensive.

The experience and all the advantages are definitely worth the money. We all joke about what our school spends our tuition money on but many of us definitely wouldn't trade it for the world. Just looking at the friendships I have made and the connections I've made are worth my tuition. Everything else is a plus!

Rider is expensive but the cost if reflected in the classes and professors. Most Rider professors are PhDs and Rider has great facilities for students to use.
