there isn't much on campus, though they have advanced since the time i was accepted there. now, they have their own cafeteria that serves up home-cooked meals requested by the students. they used to have greasy fast food everyday which didn't come with other options of food choice, but no fear...houston is the land of diverse restaurants, so just use yelp to search for whatever you'd like to eat.

They have a Starbucks and the food they have is made by the culinary students themselves.

There is a Starbucks right across the street which is nice. There are two food places on campus A&W and Pizza Hut express, we also have the Raven Cafe, and then our bookstore also has a small cafe. There is a good little restaurant called Phillys R Us. It's pretty good! There are many fast food and sit down restaurants down Spencer so you won't go hungry.

I have never eaten in the cafe, but there is a Starbucks in the bookstore. On Tuesdays paninis are half off and they are usually pretty good. Plus, it's nice to grab a coffee every now and then, but it's Starbucks so it is pretty expensive. The bookstore has a small selection of snacks to choose from, but there is just about any kind of fast food that you could want around the block on Spencer. Five minutes up Fairmont there is a Panera and a Chipotle, which I have found to be rather convenient.

I always bring my lunch, but on the occasions I don't the food is very good. I really enjoy the breakfast tacos they offer. Just be sure to get there before 10 they close.

The food that San Jacinto College North has to offer is generally overpriced and low-quality. Options are limited, and many are only available on specific days. In addition, it often takes awhile to process your order. The cafeteria is small and doesn't stay open for very long. Eat there if you must, but I would not recommend it. There is a Barnes & Noble store with a Starbucks Caf© close to the cafeteria, but the items are even more overpriced (there is a wide selection of items, though). There are also plenty of vending machines scattered across the campus, though you'll end up paying roughly the same amount for the items that you would if you bought them at the B&N store.
