I have heard some negative things about the quality of many of the professors. However, the college is less expensive than most, and there are some good-quality professors. All of the campuses also look nice.
Read MoreThe school has a wide variety of programs, and its dual enrollment program is well run and an excellent introduction to college-level classes. The professors are generally helpful and knowledgeable, and they handle student interaction well. The online student website is well-managed, and proctored exams are a breeze to schedule.
Read MoreI love how calm and peaceful the environment of this college is. The class sizes are reasonable and make it easier to focus. Most of the professors are understanding and help when you need it as well.
Read MoreThe St. Petersburg College, Tarpon Springs Campus is very community-based and therefore has Greek Culture all over the place so to speak. From the buildings to the people that work at the college I suppose I can use phrase "It's All Greek To Me". I like the fact that all of the professors, staff, and volunteers there are always very helpful and informative; each and every person has a smile on their face and is ready to help make your college experience run smoothly.
Read MoreThe only thing good about this school is how affordable it is, if you're looking for a real education where you actually LEARN things and have teachers/instructors/professors help you understand them and actually care about their jobs go somewhere else. Read MorePros: there are usually handicap buttons, there are elevators, handicap walkways, a library, a small art muesum, two water fountations with recycle water, cheaper tuition Cons: far away, No dorms, dirty bathrooms, barely any clubs, no ceramic classes at tarpon, not enough people for the LGBT club to have meetings, people from the environmental club refuse to take me off their mailing list, they dont round up your gpa, unfriendly cafe staff, lame and unhelpful teachers always reading off power points, no Greek life, a judgemental woman that runs disability services,
