Classes are fast paced and can be difficult but there are many resources to help you. Professors are generally willing to help, as are other students. The Math and Science Help Center (MASH) is extremely useful for early math and science classes. An emphasis on projects and hands on learning also makes learning easier.

WPI is a great school in terms of academics. Everyone here is really smart and there's always somewhere to go if you need extra help. However, Worcester is not a college town so there isn't much to do on weekends (during the day).

By submitting my deposit to WPI, I had no idea that I was making the best decision of my life! Honestly, I cannot see myself anywhere else for college. WPI has more to offer students: one-on-one interactions with professors to hand-on projects within the first year!
