Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design is a private, 4-year institution established in Lakewood, Colorado. The college offers nine academic programs, seven of which have online options available, ranging from Photography to Game Art to Art Education. Students have the opportunity to apply for one of 12 studio spaces, which offer students room to work and occasional one-on-one visits from professionals. As an art school, RMCAD is home to a number of galleries, the Philip J. Steele Gallery, Student Gallery, Alumni Gallery, Rotunda Gallery, and the Rude Gallery, the last of which offers a unique, intimate space for small-scale shows. All of RMCAD’s galleries hold exhibitions, award ceremonies, and more.
