Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary is a Roman Catholic seminary in the Philadelphia metro area dedicated to training Catholic priests and church leaders. As part of its Priestly Formation program, Saint Charles Borromeo offers a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and master’s degree programs in Divinity, Theology, and Philosophical Studies. To provide training for deacons and laypersons, the seminary is also home to Schools of Diaconal Formation and Theological Studies. In order to prepare students for daily life in the priesthood, Saint Charles Borromeo enrolls select candidates in a Spiritual Year program dedicated to developing and embracing a lifestyle of inner prayer.
