Built in 1869, Iviswold House, located in Rutherford’s campus, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and functions as a campus hub, housing the chapel, admissions office, and institutional advancement office.Felician University is home to several research centers including the Institute for Gerontology, which addresses the needs of the elderly in the US and promotes public policy for healthy aging.
