It can get a little rough sometimes because parts of the school are quite old, but in general it's not bad. The female freshman dorms are better than the male…
There are two new dorms that are great, though they cost a bit more to live in. The appointed freshman housing gets mixed reviews (I was not put in…
The RA's help with everything, and they match roommates very well. I love my room, and roommates. …
If you are used to living in a crystal clean environment, your immune system may not be prepared for the historical freshmen buildings (so freshmen girls, choose Spivey over Joseph…
Dorm life really depends on the dorm you stay in (obviously). Some of the freshman dorms are the oldest buildings on campus but there is also two new freshman buildings…
It’s expensive, but the food is good and they have a lot of vegan/dietary accommodations.
Read MoreSome of the food here is REALLY good, but the CAF is not my favorite. Definitely check out the Buck Stop for some of the best home-made pizza!
Read MoreThe food, and choices I have seen, have far exceeded what I have had at other colleges.
Read MoreAs a vegetarian, they don't have many great options in the main cafeteria- I just eat salad and pasta all the time. But they always have yummy fresh veggies, and I live for the breakfast/brunch they serve! FSC also has a quick-service place underneath the main caf lovingly called the undercaf that has fries, mozzarella sticks, flatbreads, quesadillas and a Freshens smoothie joint. Our campus also has a cute little grille in the middle of campus called The Buckstop that serves fresh burgers (and black bean burgers!), grilled veggies, and even fresh brick oven pizza! Next to the library we have Tutu's Cafe, a cyber cafe where you can buy coffees, teas, salads, and the best muffins you could ever imagine. You definitely wont starve, and if you aren't in the mood for something the caf is serving, you can always buy trail mix or pizza rolls in the Moc Mart, a mini mart next to the undercaf.
Read MoreThere are options throughout campus but the food available is very limited. There's the caf which is buffet style but often the food isn't cooked all the way. The undercaf is great for late night snacks and smoothies. There's the BuckStop and Grill Master's which have hamburgers and pizza. Tutu's is right next to the library and serves as the Starbucks on campus with tons of coffee options and bakery items. Chipotle is very popular as well as Chick-fil-a.
Read MoreThe food it decent, but nothing to sing praises about. The sandwich line is good and breakfast is probably the best meal of the day. The best time to be at the cafe is when there is real ice cream, it is absolutely delicious! Sometimes the Cafe will surprise you though and have something super delicious. The Buck Stop is actually new this year and is fantastic! It has pizza and burgers, along with a vegetarian option instead of burgers. The Moc Mart, TuTu's, and the Grill Master also have delicious options if you are looking to mix things up.
Read MoreThe food is okay on some days and leaves something to be desired on others.
Read MoreThe food is OK and that is looking at it from a good perspective. It is a hit or miss, but the grill master is great since they cook fresh burgers and such. However, it gets old.

Read MoreGreek life is huge at this school. I strongly recommend trying it out simply because it is a great experience.
Read MoreAgain, here is the link to the Honor Societies https://www.flsouthern.edu/campus-resources/student-involvement/clubs-organizations.aspx
Read MoreGreek life is very active! I'm personally not in Greek, and a lot of the events on campus involve Greek organizations, but I don't feel left out at all.
Read MoreGreek life is a huge part of FSC. Many people are introduced by the frat/sorority they are in (for example: This is John Smith, he's a Lambda Chi.) It's how people are grouped together and known but many individuals do not participate in Greek life and still have a very enjoyable college experience. It all depends on the person.
Read MoreGreek life is mostly awesome, but if you aren't in greek life you might feel left out. Sometimes it completely overtakes the school since one out of every three people are involved in greek life.
Read MoreThough I do not belong go a sorority/fraternity of my own, I have seen what these groups do and I can say that they are sisterhood/brotherhood like no other. They are there for their brother's and sisters no matter what. One day I wish to join one of these amazing groups and have a family away from home.
Read MoreI have yet to try it but it seems active
Read Moreits petty and there can be drama alot but all the events are alwayss for a good cause
Read MoreHUGE, this campus is centered around greek life. More than sixty percent of the campus is involved in greek life so you won't miss out.
