If you are considering Fredonia, there is a lot to keep in my mind. It is a small campus and there is not much to do unless you are actively involved. Also, there is not much to do off campus except go downtown. Even then, it is still boring and monotonous. You don’t get the typical college experience here since it’s so small. There is only 2 main dining halls, and the food sucks at both. There is no good food to get around Fredonia either. There is no football team and the athletic teams here are mediocre at best. Also, the opportunities here are limited. It does not feel like a real college here. The only plus are the costs to go here. You really get what you pay for if you attend Fredonia. I don’t regret coming here because of all of the amazing people i’ve met here, but you get way more opportunities at a different school and way more connections.

    - Join all the clubs and groups you can and run for an executive board position if you find a group you're really passionate about - Check out events, restaurants, and attractions in the area before you graduate - Take advantage of the fact that this is a music and performing arts school. Even if you're not involved in those areas yourself, you can still attend shows and concerts throughout the year!

Prepare for endless winter and rain. Bring warm clothes, gloves, boots, everything that you need for a trip to Antarctica or the moon. Transportation can be a real problem. This is a rural area, which is not probably party people's first choice.
