Established in 1998, Tohono O'odham Community College is a public, tribal institution located in Sells, Arizona. TOCC offers nearly 20 degree programs designed for transfer, as well as nearly 30 Direct Employment and certificate programs. As a member of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium, which works to strengthen the lives of American Indians and Alaskan Natives, TOCC primarily serves students from the Tohono O’odham Nation, but the college is open to anyone seeking higher education.
