There are so many different options for food. You can change it up everyday and have new choices for the whole year. The food is good and the serving sizes are awesome.

There's a lot of variety on campus and around town for which you're able to use your meal plan. There are also vendors scattered around campus (like Starbucks) who won't take your meal plan, but it helps to break up the monotony, unlike some colleges who only have one cafeteria (and that's it).

The options in the Student Union are my top choice for food on campus but there are a variety of places that you can eat off campus that accept your meal plan money.

Rob's is not bad food, but the Union Market has even better food. We have a Starbucks, a Subway, a Chipotle, and a couple of Einstein Bros. Overall the food is pretty good.

Campus dining-as in the dining hall-is pretty good. The meal plans they have are convenient, and for $15 it's an all you can eat buffet and Mongolian grill. However, there's tons of other options besides. There's restaurants, convenient stores, and a grocery store, either on campus or on campus routes. Downtown has a whole area of just food. Student Union has a Subway, Ohio Burger, Auntie Anne's, Starbucks, and Market alone. So there's plenty of options if you have the money for it.

I haven't eaten much on campus yet, but of what I have eaten they are really good. Rob's Dining Hall and the Caf© in the Student Union seem to be really good with dealing with food allergies.

I have only experienced Greek life through the window, and at parties. But my professional opinion it is great, they are not out of control. But they are clearly still having lots of fun and breaking things. This depends on which frat/sorority that you join.

Although I am not involved in Greek Life this semester, I have plenty of friends that are and I have decided to rush next semester. Greek Life at Akron is a huge deal and all the sorority girls and fraternity guys are extremely nice and helpful! Great way to get involved!

I had a room mate who joined a frat and somehow ended up saving a few thousand dollars on housing. Other than that I know nothing about Greek life.

Greek life is incredibly strong and active. There are numerous fraternities and sororities, so if that is what you are interested in, there is a spot for you! They are constantly hosting fundraisers on campus and seen making a difference throughout the community.

I have heard Greek life is great. Two of my best friends, that I just met when school started, pledged and they are having a blast. They told me it was like having a lot of big sisters and brothers. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get involved in Greek life because I am an athlete, so my time is limited.
