I absolutely love it here, but then, I knew I wanted to be here the first time I stepped foot on campus. For me it was about going to the school that felt right to me, and I definitely knew it when I came here.

ucsc has the most beautiful campus of all ucs, there are so many hiking trails and amazing views and the beach is a bus ride away. the people here are some of the friendliest i've ever met, everybody is so inviting and kind and it is easy to meet new friends. even the professors are very kind and have an obvious passion to teach, which has overall made my classes more exciting.

ucsc is a good sized college. it feels smaller than it is, because of the forest. however, you won't run out of things to do.

UC Santa Cruz is a very liberal university, yet there is an enormous lack of diversity and many people can be racist. The quality of education is pretty good, and the campus is beautiful. UCSC is a great place to attend if you are in to nature and being fit.

We're nicknames UC Summer Camp, UC Strong Calves, all for a reason. Absolutely beautiful campus, the atmosphere and views are incredible, and even if the you're not too much of a nature freak, the city and the beach are only a 20 minute bus ride away.

Small college within a big one. It is the best way to feel way to combine the community of a small colleges and feel at home without getting overwhelm. It is also just a beautiful campus apart from building great relationships with professors.
