East Central College

Union, MO, USA
2.80 Average Rating

From its humble origins in rented facilities at the local Memorial Auditorium, East Central College has grown to become a 2-year community college with a main campus and three extension sites outside of St. Louis. Academics at ECC are divided into six departments as well as an Adult Education division and the Fire Technology program, which is designed to train both professional and volunteer firefighters. For students looking to transfer to a 4-year institution, ECC helps expedite the process by offering Missouri’s Core 42 general education curriculum which transfers to all of the state’s public colleges and universities.
