Originally founded as Union Business College, Peirce College is an institution for adult and working students in Philadelphia and one of the first colleges in America to admit women. Peirce is home to academic departments of Business, Information Technology, Legal Studies, Healthcare, and General Studies conferring 14 bachelor’s and six associate degrees. Additionally, Peirce makes 11 bachelor’s degrees available entirely online. Through a partnership with Comcast, Peirce offers affordable laptops and internet service to all students.
