The University of Rio Grande is a private, 4-year institution established in southeastern Ohio. The 190-acre campus offers more than 70 academic programs which are taught through a combination of practical experience and the liberal arts. Rio Grande maintains its own Community College right on the same campus, enabling students to take core classes at a lower tuition cost before finishing their degrees at the university, with no transferring involved.  The university/community college combo is home to the Greer Museum, which features regional and national artists, as well as student exhibits.
