Room and Board The weighted average for room and board and other expenses is generated as follows:
  • (amount for on-campus room, board and other expenses * # of students living on-campus.
  • + amount for off-campus (with family) room, board and other expenses * # of students living off-campus with family
  • + amount for off-campus (not with family) room, board and other expenses * # of students living off-campus not with family)
divided by the total # of students. Students whose living arrangements are unknown are excluded from the calculation. What Students Are Saying

St. Thomas is a beautiful school with a very wide variety of students. It is filled with wonderful teachers and students, with a bunch of fun activities and clubs. Everyone should check out this school!
Jessica from Coon Rapids, MN
This school is great for buisness majors, and is held in high regard for that major. It has a strong sense of pride. And it is a gorgeous campus that makes up for the cold weather.
Sienna - Cedar Rapids, IA
Beautiful private college campus located in a big city that offers opportunities both on and off campus. Small class size so you get a lot of attention from your profs. World class education!
