Am learning a lot
I am currently a full time student, enrolled in 4 classes; (12 credits.)
Marketing Communications, Introduction to College Mathematics,
Social Problems, and Lighting and Sound Production.
Each class has it's ups and downs, just like any class, but I am learning quite a bit from every one.
Am enjoying being here
While CCRI isn't exactly my dream college, I have found that I am enjoying school much more than I thought I would. Attending CCRI has also opened doors for me, and allowed me to explore my interests.
Bang for the buck
CCRI has excellent teachers, for which the school is highly underrated. I have not come across a single bad professor here, and I hear relatively few stories about them.
Tips for prospective students
As a current student, my advice to any prospective students would be to apply for a tutor in any subjects you may have trouble in as soon as the course starts. It will help you with your grades, and as a result keep you happy. Also, talk to Frank (the guy who wanders around talking to everyone.) He's cool. :)
Great for these types of students
CCRI is great for anyone who wants to get a higher education, but may not be ready to move away from home, and/or is on a tight budget.

this school is located in various parts of RI. That is a good thing because students from everywhere would be able to go to this college and not have to travel from a far location, write in your neighborhood and also if you want to stay home you dont have live on campus and two yrs or more you can recieve you degree and transfer to a university.

It is one of the best two-year college of Rhode Island. It lays a good foundation of education for students making it easier for them to join four-year colleges and universities. I am proud to be a student here.
Tips for prospective students
Students who face difficulties in studies must start their base from a college like CCRI.
Dorm Life
I have no experience with dorm life. I stay with my family.
What to do for fun
You can join Clubs and Student Organizations and even take part in some other activities. e.g. sports, etc.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus
It has four locations or campuses at Providence, Warwick, Newport and Lincoln.
Great for these types of students
Great for students that are at an average level to make their scores sturdy. Some students can even take part as General Studies student and join JAA (Joint Admissions).

No idea about Greek life of college.
Campus Safety
I consider it 100% safe.
