Use to your absolute best advantage. When you go in to see a counselor, literally all they will do is use that website to figure out what classes you need to take in order to transfer to UC/CSU with junior standing. Cut past all the scheduling shenanigans and just do your own research. Also: focus on your school work. It might not seem like you're doing much since you're at community college, but it's really important to try your best. Keep your GPA impressive and you'll have much better chances of transferring to university.

Utilize everything they have to offer. Ask for help when needed. Meet with a counselor regularly to evaluate your progress. Meet with a counselor early on to make sure that you have a plan in place for what classes to take. You don't want to waste time taking classes that you don't need. Ask other students or use rate my professor to make sure that you get professors that you think you will work well with. You don't want a bad relationship with a professor to slow you down or affect your GPA. Work hard. This isn't high school anymore!
