Named for the famed city it resides in, the University of New Orleans is a 4-year, urban research institution on a 195-acre campus near the French Quarter in Louisiana. UNO is one of only two institutions in the state labeled a Research University by the Carnegie Foundation, and it’s also home to the only research center in the nation that focuses on hazard mitigation, the Center for Hazards Assessment, Response and Technology. Comprised of 4 colleges and 5 schools, UNO offers a wide variety of majors on campus, as well as 3 bachelor’s degrees that can be earned entirely online.
From worse to great (1-10), I would rate this campus a 10!
Not just UNO have food teacher, the place is fantastic. Great view of the Mississippi River, they have national guard base near and a ranch where you want to ride horse.

I had no idea what college would be like before coming to UNO, it has not been disappointing. I could not have made a better decision for what college I am going to. Everybody is so kind, I rarely come across an unfriendly person.
