University of the Pacific is a great college that expects its students to succeed. Acceptance into a private college that maintains a low teacher-to-student ratio isn't easy, so take advantage of this honor. Make the education worth the tuition, and vice versa.

UOP is small-size campus but it allows students to create close and interpersonal relationships with professors and fellow students as well. Students can easily walk to classes without the necessity of a bike or longboard/skateboard because most classes are near each other. However, having a longboard/skateboard is the main transportation for students if students choose to have a form of transportation.

UOP has a very beautiful campus in a not so beautiful city -- Stockton is comparable to the Newark, New Jersey of California. UOP is a small environment with excited professors and unhappy students. The social environment is full of clubs and students that don't join them.

University of the Pacific is not just an institution but a close knit environment that provides thousands of opportunities for their students. From the amazing professors who listen to the students needs to the friendly students and staff who walk around campus with such big smiles who are proud to call themselves a Pacific Tiger. This campus is truly a home away from home.
