

Allegheny Wesleyan College
With an institutional motto of “Where God is first,” Allegheny Wesleyan College is Biblically-centered institution training students for ministry. AWC offers five theological degrees in subjects such as Cross-Cultural Missions, Music Ministry, and Religious Studies and its classes have roots in the teachings of John Wesley and Arminianism. As a Christian institution, AWC holds chapel thrice a week in addition to twice-weekly voluntary prayer meetings. Throughout the year, AWC hosts a number of service and social gatherings including Harvest Days and an annual Christmas Program.
