The food on-campus is good at some places, but not too good at others. For example, one cafe, the Chasing Lions Cafe, offers some of the best coffee, pastries, and soft drinks, but at another place, The Lunch Box, the sandwiches, Chinese food, and Hot dogs that they offer aren't very good.

Their are a few cafe's in ccsf and the food is pretty good. However there are a lot of local restaurants that are within walking distance of the campus such as Mcdonalds, Whole Foods, and many more.

There are better and more places to eat outside of campus. There is a cafeteria that serves food culinary students made. It is usually pretty good. There are also two small cafe like places that serve smaller items such as sandwiches, coffee, chips, etc.

On campus the food options are slim and not exactly appetizing however the cafeteria changes each semester so there are times when the food can be good.

A newer cafe has opened in the Multi Use Building (MUB) called Chasing Lions. They have great coffee (Four Barrel), fresh teas, juices, soup and lots of goodies. They also have a cute Aquaponic garden in the outside dining area. The other Cafes on campus are ok.
