Average cafeterias at the dorms but OkState has the largest Student Union in the United States and is full with many different restaurants and coffee shops and such.

Food options are an area which could be improved especially for those who follow specific dietary schemes such as vegetarian, vegan, Paleolithic, etc.

If you are purchasing one of the meal plans specific to Oklahoma State University, make sure to continually purchase things on it. If not, at the end of the semester you will be stuck with more money than you know what to do with.

Unlike other colleges, OSU doesn't have a few cafeteria where they serve middle-school style meals. It has a large array of restaurants spread out all across campus, and their food is delicious! There's even a little convenience store on campus so you can buy toiletries and groceries with your meal plan. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that some restaurants have odd hours and after 8 there are few places that are still open.

The amount of food here at OSU is incredible. The student union has many restaurants that handle the student flow pretty well. Around 11:30 until 12:30 the student union is a crazy maze of people, but otherwise very good.

Having a meal plan is the best. The food here is excellent at all the restaurants, including the one I work at, the Service Station, which is almost like a real restaurant except you don't have to tip your food runner. The Chick fil a line is always long no matter what time but it is always worth it, the time you wait for your food is a quarter of the time you wait to order it.

Greek life is big here and I'm not just saying that because I am in a sorority. I love the greek community here and I'm friends with people in all the houses, not just the one that I am in.

OSU has plenty of sororities and fraternities to choose from, but unlike some campuses, there is no hard feelings between those who are Greek and those who aren't. At some universities, there's such a huge division between Greek and Not Greek, but at OSU, nobody cares whether you are or aren't.

I am not a part of the Greek Life but I have some friends who are. They love it and keep asking me to join it, but it's just not for me. However, there are many frats and sororities for students that are interested in that kind of thing. They are the ones who put on several events, including homecoming. Campus link is where you will also find the information on the Greek Life at OSU.

I personally am not a part of Greek Life, but I feel that my friends get a lot out of it. They seem to keep their schedules full, make a lot of friends with common interests and participate in a lot of community service. It isn't for everyone, but for those who want to participate, this looks great on resumes as well!
